By using Wontsy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Wontsy Does

Wontsy is a social fashion wishlist service that lets you:

• Save items from online stores to a personal wishlist
• Track prices and get alerts when items go on sale
• Create outfit lookboards and collections
• Discover what others are saving through the public feed
• Follow other users and build a community
• Share wishlists and looks with friends

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Wontsy
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person - don't share accounts
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Your Content & Visibility

You retain ownership of your wishlists and collections. By using Wontsy, you grant us permission to store and display your saved items to provide the service.

Public by Default: Your saved items, wishlists, and looks are visible to other users in the feed by default. This includes your profile name and saved content.

Anonymous Mode: You can choose to hide your identity on saved items. When enabled, your saves will appear as "Anonymous" to other users, but the items themselves will still be visible in the feed.

What Others Can See: Unless you enable anonymous mode, other users can view your profile, saved items, wishlists, looks, and follow your activity.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Wontsy to:

• Scrape or harvest data for commercial purposes
• Abuse, spam, or harass other users
• Stalk, bully, or intimidate others
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Circumvent security measures
• Violate any laws

5. Social Features & Community

Wontsy includes social features that let you interact with other users:

• Feed: See what other users are saving in real-time
• Following: Follow other users to see their activity
• Notifications: Get notified when someone follows you or interacts with your content

By participating in the community, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Not misuse the follow or notification features
• Report inappropriate behavior to our team

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.

6. Price Tracking

• We track prices from third-party stores - we don't control their prices
• Prices shown are approximate and may differ from actual store prices
• We're not responsible for price accuracy or availability
• Price alerts are provided as-is and may occasionally be delayed

7. User-Initiated Actions

Wontsy is a platform that provides tools - you decide how to use them:

• All actions are initiated by you - saving items, building looks, sharing wishlists, posting to Pinterest
• Wontsy only stores and displays content that you choose to save (product URLs, images, info)
• What you do with your saved content is your choice and your responsibility
• We do not claim ownership of any third-party content - all trademarks and images belong to their respective owners
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

8. Third-Party Stores

Wontsy links to external stores. We're not affiliated with these stores and don't control their:

• Product availability or pricing
• Shipping, returns, or customer service
• Terms of service or privacy practices

9. Free Service

Wontsy is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future, but we'll never charge you without clear notice and consent.

10. Disclaimer

Wontsy is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of price data
• Availability of tracked items

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wontsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
